How we do it

NAAFI provides retail, leisure, catering, and facilities management to HM Forces, with the ethos of ‘Serving the Services’. We are committed to making the most effective and efficient use of all resources and minimising the harmful effects of our operations on the environment.

We have successfully achieved our first step in securing the International Environmental Standard ISO14001 certification.

Our Central Support Office in Darlington received its phase 1 certification in March 2011, which covers NAAFI’s intent and commitment to the Environment, and the next step is to achieve Phases 2 and 3 by September this year.
